The programme equips emerging professionals and managers with the skills, knowledge and mindset to lead in a complex global business environment, with a strong emphasis on experiential learning.
Training sessions reflect real-world challenges in leadership, decision-making and high-level negotiation, and a multi-day simulation puts them to the test. Participants build critical thinking, strategic communication and the ability to steer an organisation through changing conditions, alongside a diverse cohort of future leaders.

Two packages, both covering the full five days of training and simulation, certificate, materials and lunches. The accommodation package adds the hotel for the programme nights, breakfasts and the airport transfer. Fees are in US dollars; taxes and service charges are shown at checkout.
